What to include
- The Google account email you sign in with — it is how we find your tenant.
- The agent's name, and roughly when it happened (your timezone is fine).
- What you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot of the console helps.
Never send card numbers: the card lives at Stripe and we cannot read it. During the preview, billing runs in Stripe test mode and nothing is charged.
Deleting your account
Email us from the account you sign in with and ask. We delete the tenant — agents, conversations, schedules and paper brokerage accounts — and the sign-in user.
